Industrial Special Risks is a similar policy to a Business Package, including the same covers however it is aimed at the higher asset owner requiring a minimum of $5,000,000 in assets. For insurance purposes, when we refer to assets, this would include both Property of Every Description for which you own and/or are responsible for and your insurable Gross Profit (Turnover, less Opening Stock, less Purchases, plus Closing Stock).
